CHARACTER INFORMATION
NAME: Justice Black

AGE: Well he died at 21, and it's technically been two years since that, so...let's call it 23 but also not
HISTORY: Justice was born on a small colony moon, five minutes before his sister, Patience. His other sister, Mercy, was already four years old, but the twins never really took a lot of interest in her, more concerned with each other. The twins were often left alone in childhood while their parents worked, and a dynamic developed of disliking, resenting, and excluding their older sister for being left in charge of them, which brought the twins into a codependently close relationship that lasted until adulthood.
When the twins were twenty-one, they decided they were done with this podunk moon and left, entering the Grand Belzoni, a race slash treasure hunt held every Sol year and broadcast to the galaxy for the public's entertainment. There are no rules within the race; anything goes. The only things you can't fuck with are the cameras. This race runs for three weeks, and no one has ever found the treasure. The twins made an impression in the first few days of the race and received a secret offer from an anonymous source: come allow us to collect data on your brains, and we'll give you all the information we have on the treasure.
The twins agreed and allowed their brains to be thoroughly scanned. The transaction went off without a hitch, and they died about twelve hours later, found where they were holed up sleeping by another competitor and murdered. Their sister was watching as this competitor broadcast the victory.
Two years later, Mercy entered the race to avenge her little siblings, and found full cortical recordings of the twins in a mostly-abandoned space station. Not only were these recordings full and complete, they were conscious and self-aware, acting as extremely advanced AIs. Justice has existed as this AI for the past year and two months, first working to make his sister self-aware with him, then just waiting to be found and watching the internet.
